Joe has worked in construction for the past 22 years. During those years, his focus was on commercial construction. He also spent two years building and installing cabinets. Prior to joining the Andy Medcalf Construction team in 2015, Joe traveled most of the western United States as a superintendent with Woodburn Construction. Joe’s greatest talents are communication, people skills, and rising to challenges. AMCC is proud to have Joe on its team.

“The most challenging project I’ve been on while working for AMCC would be the Myers Elementary School for Salem Keizer School District. Due to the tight schedule surrounding a new building for a commercial kitchen/cafeteria, new 4 classroom addition, and security upgrades throughout the entire existing building. I love a challenge, so with consistent and careful planning we overcame this by increasing our production and efficiency to ensure that the completion of the project was on time so that the school could open as planned.”
