Gil Miller joined the Andy Medcalf Construction Co. team 8 years ago and has quickly become an integral member of our company. With experience as a residential custom home builder for almost 20 years Gil has the exposure to communicating between owners, subcontractors, and architects.

Gil started as a superintendent in 2016 for AMCC and ran some of our biggest jobs to date. He then transitioned to one of our project managers where he has flourished with his problem solving and communication skills. Gil was promoted to General Manager in 2020 overseeing/directing the company and its day-to-day operations. In 2022 Gil became Andy’s first business partner and is now moving Andy Medcalf Construction into the future.
